Today was my son’s first dental appointment ever. The team was amazing from the moment I walked in and checked-in. Front desk was very pleasant, the dental assistant was very efficient and explained how the visit would go, because of course having to try to do dental on my 1year old is like wrestling an alligator 😂 but they were great with him. Dr. Tung is definitely our favorite dentist ever! Also thank you to the front desk associate for and the dental assistant, I left my wallet and they immediately called to get it back to me🙏🏽 A+ all around

I’m sharing this review based on my personal experience as a parent. My son was scheduled to have a silver crown placed. He had gone through a similar procedure before, and during that previous visit, while he was already on laughing gas, there was difficulty finding the right-size crown. Because of that experience, I asked whether there was any way to measure or estimate the crown size beforehand, if possible, so my son could avoid going through the same situation and potentially spend less time on laughing gas. The doctor responded, “I’m a doctor, I’m not a magician.” I replied that I was not expecting him to be a magician I was simply asking a question as a concerned parent. After that, he did explain why what I was asking might not be possible, and I appreciated finally receiving an explanation. However, by that point, the way my initial question had been answered had affected my trust and comfort with proceeding with my son’s treatment that day. I decided not to continue with the procedure and left saying that I needed some time to think about it. My children just went to their 1st appointment and was very impressed with the doctors. Dr. Kathie was so nice and very welcoming. Dr. Jung did amazing job on a major procedure and was so kind and comforting with my daughter throughout the whole process.

Dr. Tung is the best! He made my daughter feel completely at ease with his friendly demeanor. He explained everything clearly, and the kid-friendly office made the visit enjoyable. My daughter left with a big smile and is already looking forward to her next appointment. Highly recommend! Thanks Dr Tung.

I have a 5 year old that use to go to the dentist and after arguing with him and so much crying he wouldn’t even open his mouth for the dentist to look at his teeth. We got transferred to Cascadia dental, these dental assistants and the Dentist are a gift from God, truly, I’m so so thankful for them. They did X-rays, cleaning and eval for my boy with no issues at all and my son even enjoyed it!!
